TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR THE SALE OF DIGITAL PRODUCTS

  • 1 General Provisions
  1. These terms define the rules for purchasing digital products at https://potterek81-hunting.pl.
  2. The seller is Grzegorz Potasz P.W. "HUNTER", ul. Energetyczna 39/3, 55-120 Oborniki Śląskie, Poland, VAT ID: PL8942543874, REGON: 020763432, e-mail: pwhunter@op.pl.
  3. Purchases imply acceptance of these terms.
  • 2 Definitions
  1. Digital Product – electronic file (e.g. audiobook, e-book, video) provided after payment.
  2. Customer – natural/legal person making a purchase.
  • 3 Technical Requirements
  1. Requires internet access, device to play file (e.g. MP3, PDF, MP4), active e-mail.
  2. Seller not liable for technical issues on customer's side.
  • 4 Purchase and Delivery
  1. Purchase by adding to cart, paying, confirming.
  2. After payment, customer receives download link by e-mail.
  3. Link may be limited by time (e.g. 7 days) or downloads (e.g. 3).
  • 5 Payments
  1. Via secure gateways (Shopify Payments, Przelewy24, PayPal).
  2. Prices include VAT if applicable.
  • 6 Right of Withdrawal
  1. Withdrawal excluded if delivery of digital content started with consent before withdrawal period ended and customer was informed.
  2. Consent given by checkbox before purchase.
  3. After download, no right to withdraw or refund.
  4. Complaints allowed only if not downloaded or file is faulty and seller is at fault.
  • 7 Complaints
  1. Send complaints to pwhunter@op.pl.
  2. May concern access or file error.
  3. Processed within 14 days.
  4. No complaints after download.
  • 8 Data Protection
  1. Data processed per GDPR and privacy policy.

  • 9 Final Provisions
  1. Terms may be changed; customers informed on site.
  2. Polish law applies to unregulated matters.
  3. Terms effective from publication date on the store site.
  • 10 License and Usage Restrictions
  1. The purchased digital product is licensed for personal use only.
  2. Redistribution, resale, sharing or public broadcasting of the product is strictly prohibited without written permission from the seller.
  • 11 Acknowledgement Prior to Purchase
  1. Before purchasing, the customer confirms they have read and accepted these terms and are aware that digital products are non-refundable once downloaded.
  2. The customer confirms understanding that by downloading the file, they waive the right of withdrawal under applicable consumer law.
  • 12 Legal Notice Regarding Chargebacks
  1. Any attempt to bypass these terms through unjustified chargebacks may result in the suspension of access and legal action.
  2. The seller reserves the right to provide evidence of product delivery and accepted terms to payment service providers.
